Boone Homes' first ground up community in Hanover!

Exciting news for Montpelier!! Award-winning homebuilder, Boone Homes, begins development on it's first ground-up community in Hanover, with 5 acre homesites! Boone has been joining others to build in Hanover for a while, where they have a new section in the Chickahominy Falls 55+ development. For this community however, they are taking center stage advertising custom all brick homes! "Boone announced it is building Millwood Landing, a 41-home community with 5-acre lots that Bill Stinson is developing on roughly 250 acres northwest of The Hollows Golf Club." Base prices will be released in early fall, "for the Millwood Landing homes, which will range upward from four to six bedrooms and 3,500 to 5,000 square feet in size."
