Spring has sprung! Housing market and egg hunts

Spring has Sprung here in Richmond!! We're starting to see a slow influx of new housing inventory and prices are standing strong! Mortgage interest rates fell about 0.20% this past week, so buyer activity is amping up in response! Hopefully we will all start to come out of our pollen-induced haze to enjoy this beautiful weather and blooming trees!
