93 acre Mixed Use Community planned near the Virginia Center Commons Mall in Henrico County!

Exciting news around here! The Virginia Center Commons Mall, first built in 1991 (ahh, a piece of my childhood,) has been in a revitalization process and now coming with that we will be getting close to 800 new housing units right next door! The development has not yet been named, but it will include "housing, retail and two spots for large job centers," according to the Richmond Times Dispatch. Current plans are for 330 multi-family apartments as well as 450 Townhomes which are to be built by popular local Richmond homebuilder, HHHunt. There is a strong demand for affordable housing in Richmond and it is encouraging to see Henrico coming alongside Sauer Properties to meet this need! You can read more about development plans here.
